Data Confidentiality and Image Rights

 

The owner of the Tricolorii application is the Romanian Football Federation, headquartered in Bucharest, 12 Vasile Șerbănică Street, District 2, fiscal code RO9825583.

The application owner reserves the right to modify/update the section regarding confidentiality and image rights if necessary and will inform users through a public announcement within the application.

1. Collected Personal Data

The personal data collected during the account creation process in the Tricolorii application are as follows: email address, password, first name, and last name. The password is visible exclusively to the user who creates the account.

These data will be stored in the application archive as long as the respective user has an active account in the application.

The personal data publicly displayed within the application, according to the application mechanism, are as follows: username and profile picture.

The profile picture is optional for user activity within the application. These data will be stored in the application archive as long as the respective user has an active account in the application.

The personal data collected when registering for a game/contest are as follows: user ID, username, and email address. These are used to designate the winner and contact them for prize delivery.

These data will be stored in the application archive as long as the respective user has an active account in the application.

The personal data provided by the winner of the game/contest are as follows: first name and last name, phone number, delivery address, postal code. These will be used by the Organizer/a partner company of the Organizer for: 1/ validating and delivering the prize via courier (in the case of physical/object prizes), or 2/ contacting winners in order to properly prepare and conduct unique experiences with the National Team.

The refusal of the winner to provide these data after being contacted by email will result in the prize not being awarded.

These data will not be stored in the application archive.

By participating in games and contests, all participants agree that their name, username used for registration in the game/contest, and score may be made public by the Organizer for informational or advertising purposes within the Tricolorii application or on the communication channels of the Romanian Football Federation.

2. User Rights

According to the applicable legislation, users of the Tricolorii application benefit from the following rights under the General Data Protection Regulation:

  • Right of access to data - Any data subject has the right, through a written, dated, and signed request submitted exclusively to the operator, at least once a year, to obtain confirmation from the Organizer as to whether or not the data are being processed, as well as information regarding the purpose of the processing.
  • Right to intervene on data - Any data subject has the right, upon request and free of charge, to rectify, block, erase, or transform into anonymous data any information disclosed to third parties.
  • Right to object - Any data subject has the right, upon request and free of charge, to object on legitimate grounds related to their particular situation to the processing of their personal data for advertising, marketing, and publicity purposes.
  • Right not to be subject to an individual decision - Any data subject has the right to request and obtain:
    1. withdrawal or cancellation of any decision producing legal effects concerning them, adopted exclusively based on personal data processing carried out by automated means intended to evaluate certain aspects of their personality, such as professional competence, credibility, behavior, or similar aspects;
    2. reassessment of any other decision taken against them that significantly affects them, if the decision was adopted exclusively based on data processing meeting the conditions set out in point 1.
  • Right to address the courts - Any data subject who has suffered damage as a result of unlawful personal data processing may address the competent court for compensation.

3. Other Provisions

By using this application, users understand and accept that they are fully responsible for the content they publish, transmit, or distribute through it.

The application operator assumes no responsibility for the information, data, or materials provided by users and shall not be liable for any legal consequences or damages resulting from them.

Users guarantee that they hold all necessary rights to the published content and that by posting such content they do not infringe the rights and freedoms of other persons, applicable legislation, or the application’s policies.
